Ambaji Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

To create an account on Ambaji, accurate and complete information must be provided. Registering with false or misleading details is prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Full Name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Date of Birth (as proof of minimum age of 18)
• Active mobile number
• A valid email address (if provided)
• Payment method details (bKash/Nagad number)

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, contact Ambaji support immediately. Never share your password with anyone.

Ambaji strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 18. We may request identity verification documents at any time.

You may be required to submit one of the following documents:

Bet Cancellation Policy

Ambaji reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled or does not take place
• If a Technical Error Is Found in the Odds
• If evidence of match-fixing or manipulation by any party is found
• If Incorrect Odds Are Displayed Due to a System Error

The full amount of any cancelled bet will be returned to the user's wallet.

General Bonus Terms

• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

Bonuses may be cancelled and any associated winnings forfeited in any of the following situations:

• Breach of Bonus Terms

Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time through our support team. Please remember to withdraw your balance before closing. Once the account is closed, the ability to recover any remaining balance may be limited.
